Trade finance desk for Mexico and Latin America
Financing Mexico's international purchases.
ACESSI Mexico prepares companies in Mexico, Central America and South America to finance equipment, materials and services from suppliers in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia — and helps those suppliers offer their Latin American buyers a way to pay over time.
Buyers
What you are buying decides how it can be financed.
The supplier's country determines which export credit agency can support the purchase. The asset determines the term. Preparation starts from both.
Manufacturing capacity
Production lines, tooling and automation for plants in Mexico, including manufacturers building capacity close to North American customers.
- Buyer finance from commercial lenders
- Export credit agencies of the supplier's country
- Leasing and private credit
Vehicles, agriculture and materials
Commercial fleets, farm and food-processing equipment, and recurring purchases of materials and components.
- Supplier payment terms
- Insured receivables
- Bank trade lines and letters of credit
Energy and infrastructure
Solar, storage, industrial parks and logistics projects that need extended terms and more than one source of capital.
- Project finance
- Multiple export credit agencies
- Development and commercial banks
Suppliers selling to Latin America
Your buyer wants the equipment, not the cash outlay.
Suppliers in the United States, Canada, Europe and China lose Latin American sales to payment terms more often than to price. ACESSI works on the buyer's side: preparing the buyer and the purchase so that a lender or export credit agency can consider it.
When it works, the supplier is paid at delivery and the buyer repays over time. Where insurance on the receivable is part of the answer, ACESSI coordinates with appropriately licensed insurance partners.
Introduce the buyer
Buyer, country, what is being bought, amount and timing. No documents at this stage.
Readiness check
Whether the buyer's financial reporting, ownership documentation and transaction papers are ready for an institutional review, and what is missing.
Coordinate the financing path
Discussions with the lenders, insurers and export credit agencies that fit both the supplier's country and the buyer's.

Prepare first. Structure second. Coordinate third.
Institutional financing rarely fails on the commercial idea. It fails when the buyer, the supplier, the documents and the financial statements tell different stories. The work is making them tell one.
Screen
Buyer, supplier, country of production, product, amount and timing. A short call and the readiness check are usually enough to know whether a review makes sense.
Prepare
Financial statements, ownership records, debt schedule and supplier contract. Where statements follow a local standard, ACESSI's reporting partners prepare US GAAP or IFRS conversions and the reporting packs institutions expect.
Coordinate
ACESSI presents the prepared transaction to the financing sources that fit it, together with the desk in the supplier's country, and manages the questions that follow through to the institution's own decision.
Bankability
Know what needs work before the lender does.
A ten-question readiness check that runs in your browser. It shows what to have in order before an institutional review — not whether you qualify or on what terms.
Preliminary inquiry
Tell us about the transaction.
Start with the commercial facts. We use this to decide together whether a fuller review is worth your time and ours.
